I’m not vegan, but I review a ton of vegan products. Trader Joe’s carries many of them, and they’re all pretty good. This Trader Joe’s Vegan Harvest chili was delicious.

The rich, smoky goodness was impressive. There are a lot of black beans. Some of the beans have been undercooked but. There were pieces of pumpkin and cauliflower in there.

There were lots of interesting little bits Meals Healthy . It was not too spicy for me, which I liked. Overall, I really enjoyed it. This is something I’d buy again without hesitation!

I love Indian food, and Trader Joe’s offers a wide variety. This dish is for those who like Tikka masala! This dish is spicy, full of protein, and served with rice. Ideal for taking to work for lunch.

 3. Trader Joe’s Meatless Vegan Meat Eater Pizza

I love Trader Joe’s vegan meatless meat eater’s pizza. Overall, it was alright. This is something I would eat regularly and not miss real meat.

The texture of the “pepperonis” was a little strange, but once you eat a few pieces with the sauce and crust, you won’t notice. Its 750 calories are too much for just one person.

It should be either a bit smaller or larger. The vegan pizza is a lot better than it used to be. I can feed my kids this; they won’t know they aren’t eating vegetables.

4. Roasted potatoes with peppers and onions

Cauliflower Gnocchi

The Cauliflower Gnocchi from Trader Joe’s has half as many carbs but the same amount of flavor. This gnocchi, made from cassava flour, potato starch, sea salt, and olive oil, is grain-free, contains only 140 calories, and has 22 grams of carbohydrates per cup.

Combine the sauteed dumplings with pesto, fresh basil, tomato sauce, or olive oil for the best results.

Chicken Burrito Bowl

As evidenced by the frozen bowls filled with seasoned chicken, brown rice, black beans, red quinoa, corn, and chipotle sauce, Trader Joe’s won’t let Chipotle take over burritos.

Kelly Springer, a registered dietitian at Kelly’s Choice, said, “Trader Joe’s Chicken Burrito Bowl is the best way to enjoy restaurant-style Mexican cuisine in your home.” This frozen meal is made with brown rice, an excellent way to include whole grains in your diet.

Even better, this meal is made with canola oil expeller-pressed by Trader Joe’s. What does this mean? What does that mean? Canola oil contains omega-6 fatty acid, which is needed to promote inflammation in times of injury [which has healing qualities.

This chicken burrito is filled with red quinoa and black beans mixed with cheese and corn in a spicy chipotle-flavored sauce. The whole thing is only 380 cals and has 10 g of fiber and 22 g of protein.

They won’t replace your daily veggie serving. Still, they are a tasty way to get more fiber-rich, vitamin-rich cauliflower in half a serving.
